Vermilion Consulting is an exclusive representative in the Indian market of ATON-HT plc., which offers unique and patented technology for treatment and disposal of hazardous & non-hazardous waste and bio-medical waste based on Microwave Thermal Treatment (MTT) and Microwave Oxidation System (MOS).  Heat or electricity and gases shall be the final product from the system and concentration of gases to be emitted shall comply with the EU standards.

ATON-HT plc. has got solutions for dealing almost hundred different types of waste. Please find below examples of the most popular appliances of the devices elaborated by ATON-HT to implement the MTT and MOS technology for neutralization of hazardous waste in thermal and catalytic decomposition:

  • communal waste,
  • bio-medical waste,
  • rubber tyres and plastic car parts,
  • oil and grease waste,
  • hazardous liquid waste (neutralisation of liquid waste with the use of sand absorption),
  • gas emissions treatment (neutralisation of gas emissions – VOC and other combustible constituents – with the use of MOS).

ATON-HT Joint Stock Company has been in the market since August 2005. The company operates in the area of innovative technology for hazardous waste disposal and recovery of valuable materials.  The developed and implemented technology is based on the original Microwave Thermal Treatment (MTT) method. It is owned and reserved in Poland and abroad.

The characteristic feature of the developed method is the contactless heating of hazardous waste with microwaves to required temperatures. In accordance with the developed concept, the waste is heated directly and in its full volume with a small energy. This process is guided without waste product and no additional gas emission.

The proposed solution makes it possible to build reactors used to neutralize a wide range of hazardous waste in very high temperatures. The devices are relatively small and movable; they are designed individually to operate in designated conditions, taking into consideration waste composition, supply and transport as well as all other parameters of the environment, industry, market, legal framework etc.

The functioning of the equipment does not pose any threat to the environment and – what is equally important – the cost of operation is lower than that of well-known equipment and installations.
